The DolceVera farm and the vineyards are located in the town of Villa, on the hills of the Valpolicella Classica in the northeast of the municipality of Negrar.
We are in an area highly suitable for the production of red wine of Valpolicella, and at Villa "the nectar of the gods" acquires an even more important expression, because wines of great longevity and austerity are produced here, such as Amarone.
The peculiarity of the microclimate on these hills is optimal for the cultivation of the vine, because the sun exposure is on the west and the altitude varies from 200 to 300 m a.s.l. characteristics that ensure a clear heterogeneous crop.
